2. Orders and Payment
All orders are placed by contacting us directly via email or phone. We will provide pricing, availability, and payment instructions after reviewing your request. Payment must be received before production or shipment begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our pillows and materials accurately. However, because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in size, loft, color, and texture may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of our products and are not considered defects.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise arranged. Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, customization, and carrier schedules. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Because our pillows are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@beckstromworks.com with photos and your order details. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
6. One-Year Assurance
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your pillow settles unevenly or develops a material defect within one year of purchase, contact us for a reshape or replacement. This assurance does not cover normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Beckstrom Works and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beckstrom Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or products.
